Triad Real Estate

The Triad does not carry the national name recognition of the Triangle or Charlotte, which is exactly why buyers who do their research find significant value here. Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point form a triangle of their own, each with distinct character and distinct buyer profiles.

Winston-Salem has invested heavily in its downtown Innovation Quarter. Greensboro has a strong university presence and an active arts community. High Point is still best known for its semi-annual furniture market but offers some of the most affordable housing in the state near major employment.

Who moves here

Buyers priced out of the Triangle and Charlotte are increasingly looking west to the Triad. Remote workers who need to stay within a few hours of a major airport find the Triad a compelling option. Retirees and downsizers who want a genuine city with low cost of living find strong value in Greensboro and Winston-Salem.
