NC Home Intel is an independent real estate intelligence and referral resource for buyers and sellers in North Carolina. I do not list properties. I do not represent buyers or sellers directly in North Carolina transactions. What I do is identify the right local specialist for your situation and make a warm introduction.

What I am not

I am not a directory. I will not send you a list of agents and tell you to pick one. I am not a lead aggregator. I will not sell your information to agents who will compete to call you. I am not a franchise. There is no algorithm selecting your match.

The matching process

When you submit an inquiry, I review your situation personally. I consider your target town, your budget, your timeline, your property type, and any special circumstances. I identify the agent whose specific track record and market expertise align with what you need. Then I make the introduction directly.

What you pay

You pay nothing for the introduction. The referral fee, if any, is paid by the receiving agent from their commission at closing. Your agent commission structure is negotiated directly with the referred agent and is not affected by the referral arrangement.

The disclosure

North Carolina REALTORS guidelines require that referral fees be disclosed to the customer in time to aid decision-making, and that referral arrangements be in writing. I follow both requirements.
