From Winterville to Connecticut, I carry North Carolina with me
I am a former Winterville, NC resident. I spent meaningful time in Greenville, Pitt County, and across eastern North Carolina. I understand the ECU-driven economy, the Pitt County market, and what it means to be a buyer in a market that the rest of the country has not fully discovered yet.
I also know what it means to arrive in a place from somewhere else. I have lived in multiple cities and states, including time in Chicago, Pittsburgh, and New York. I know what it is like to buy in a market you did not grow up in, and I know the value of having someone in your corner who does know it.
Why I built NC Home Intel
I built NC Home Intel because I kept meeting people from the Northeast who were thinking about North Carolina but did not know who to call. They wanted honest information, not a sales pitch. They wanted to understand the difference between markets, not just get handed an agent who happened to be available.
NC Home Intel gives buyers and sellers across North Carolina access to the same quality of guidance I would give a close friend who called me asking about the market.
